Coach’s Night Set for July 20th

Howdy Ags! It s time once again for Coach s Night, brought to you by Routh

Development and Dominion Golf Group. Your 2009 Coach s Night

Committee has been hard at work preparing for this year s event. We are

excited about welcoming Texas A&M s head football coach, Mike Sherman,

to Austin. During the evening, there will also be a special presentation by a

member of the Fish Drill Team. Coach s Night is scheduled for Monday,

July 20, 2009 at the Travis County Exposition Center. Doors open at 5:00

PM and a bar b que dinner will be served from 5:30 PM 7:30 PM. Tickets

are now on sale now, and can be purchased online at www.austinags.org or by

sending in the enclosed form on page 3. Banquet/Dinner admission is

advanced tickets only. Tickets must be purchased by July 12th, so get yours

now!

As most of you know, Coach s Night is the primary fund raising event of the

Capital City A&M Club. In 2009, the CCAMC will surpass the one million

dollar mark in funds raised and awarded in academic scholarships to deserving

Central Texas high school seniors. We invite each of you to consider

contributing to Coach s Night. Opportunities are available to be a sponsor,

exhibitor, and/or donate to the silent auction. Your generosity and support of

our academic scholarship program is greatly appreciated!

If you have any questions, would be interested in volunteering to help with the event or at the event or would like to

be a sponsor, an exhibitor, or donate to our silent auction, please contact Ann Pargac, Co VP Coach s Night, at

512 470 7142 or annpargac@gmail.com, or contact Michelle Murphy, Co VP Coach s Night, at 512 569 5887 or

mmurphy@cbunited.com. You can arrange your sponsorship and buy tickets online with a credit card at

www.austinags.org.

Tickets for dinner may only be purchased in advance for the event. Adult tickets are 20 each and children can eat for

10 under age 12 . Dues paying members may attend the event at no cost if you determine you do not want to eat.

Non dues paying members, not eating, may also attend the event for 10 at the door. Remember, get your tickets now.

We hope to see you at Coach s Night on Monday, July 20th!
