   1/4 tsp. celery seed                2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
   1/4 tsp. pepper                     1 to 1 1/2 tsps. Liquid Smoke, opt.
   1 (2 1/2 lb.) fresh beef brisket,   1/2 tsp. ground mustard               Reserve 2 tablespoons ketchup. Combine ground beef, eggs, oats,
