The Department will hold a final technical conference on July 21, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Division of Insurance Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, One South Station, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. The purpose of the technical conference is to discuss proposed revisions to (1) the model net metering tariff; (2) Schedule Z; and (3) the Model Tariff to Accompany Standards for Interconnecting Distributed Generation for conformance with 220 C.M.R. § 18.00 et seq. and 220 C.M.R. § 8.00 et seq., as recently promulgated in Net Metering Regulations, D.P.U. 08-75-A (June 26, 2009). In advance of the meeting, the Department will circulate revised documents in order to focus the discussion. The Department will provide these documents by e-mail attachment to the Department’s service lists in D.P.U. 08-75 and D.P.U. 09-03 and will post them on the Department’s website: http://www.mass.gov/dpu. Accordingly, the procedural schedule in this matter will be as follows: July 21, 2009: Stakeholder Meeting to be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Division of Insurance Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, One South Station, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.
