                                                                                                                                                                                                    Prior to his time at Chattanooga, VanLoh was Commissioner of Airports for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
                                                                                                                                                                                                    and Burke Lakefront Airport in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1998 to 2001. At Cleveland, he was responsible for a staff
                                                                                                                                                                                                    of 400 employees and an annual budget of $98 million. He oversaw the development and construction of a
                                                                                                                                                                                                    United Parcel Service facility and a $1.4 billion overall airport construction program.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    Before the top position at Cleveland, VanLoh served as Director of Airports for the Toledo-Lucas County
                                                                                                                                                                                                    Port Authority in Toledo, Ohio, for nearly four years. There, he supervised the design of a terminal expansion
                                                                                                                                                                                                    project and recruited AirTran Airways as the airport’s first low-cost carrier. He also supervised 60 employees
                                                                                                                                                                                                    and maintained an $8 million operating budget for one of the fastest growing airports in North America.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    From 1990 to 1994, VanLoh served as Director of Aviation for the Greater Rockford Airport Authority in Rockford,
                                                                                                                                                                                                    Illinois, a non-hub general aviation facility. While at Rockford, he recruited a $125 million United Parcel Service
                                                                                                                                                                                                    Midwest Air Hub and led a land acquisition and noise abatement relocation project.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    VanLoh also worked for Pan American World Airways after college in a variety of positions from 1985-1990 and then
                                                                                                                                                                                                    briefly served as Assistant Airport Manager for the airport in Galveston, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
                                                                                                                                                                                                    from Minnesota State University with a triple major in business management, aviation management and industrial
