                                       To recognize and stimulate the success of our global business partners,
                                       TANATEX Chemicals introduced in 2007 the “TANATEX Chemicals
                                       Partner of the Year Award”.


                                       TANATEX Chemicals is proud to inform you that ADI Center Portugal,
                                       Unipessoal, Lda is the winner of the Partner of the Year Award 2008.
                                       The Award is assigned to ADI Center Portugal in recognition of excellent
                                       performance, commitment and effort combined with outstanding
                                       results.


                                       During the presentation of the Award Mr. de Koning honored the late
                                       Mr. Antonio dos Santos of Texbay, who, together with his team,
                                       contributed to the success of ADI Center in Portugal.

Despite the difficult global market conditions in the textile industry and
the increase of the prices of raw materials, ADI Center Portugal
achieved good sales result. This as a result of hard work, own initiative
and commitment. Also their financial management is in compliance with
made agreements.


Customers of ADI Center Portugal informed us, through a survey, that
they are more than satisfied with the technical knowledge of their
employees and the excellent level of service provided. ADI Center
Portugal is constantly searching for new ways to promote TANATEX
Chemicals and its products to Portugal. During all business processes
they always take into account that guidelines concerning environmental
and social issues are met.




In 2009 and in the foreseeable future we will continue to present the
“Partner of the Year Award” on a global basis to our most successful
and loyal partner. We congratulate ADI Center Portugal with their
