What began as a few intimate dinners in the homes of our most loyal Patina Restaurant patrons,
developed in 1992 into Patina Catering. The continued growth of the company is a result of an
  ongoing commitment to bring Joachim Splichal's impeccable food and quality service to
                                     catered occasions.


From elegant dinners to corporate cocktail parties, wedding receptions, fashion events, charity
 galas and film premières, Patina Catering provides a range of services for any size event. The

   packages have been included in this information. These are designed purely to provide
suggestions and a starting point in planning your menu. Menus may be custom designed to fit
                   your particular needs and can reflect any style desired.

 Wedding packages are designed to provide a simple method to assemble the details of your
   event by being all inclusive. These packages are purely suggestions as our most popular
packages. We can customize all inclusive wedding packages for as low as $75.00 per guest. We
                     love customizing menus to fit your style and budget.

         Two course seated dinner or buffet menu with Chicken and Fish entrée selections
                                      Cake cutting service

                      2 hours of Patina selection of house wines and beers
                        Non-alcoholic beverages available from 5-10pm
All inclusive package includes 20% service charge and 9.75% sales tax, standard front and back
 of the house labor charges, standard linens, flatware, glassware, buffet equipment and china.

Sometimes you may want to pull out all the stops and serve an absolutely memorable meal to
your guests. Here are the most popular ways to upgrade your menu that will leave your guests
                           talking about your wedding for months:


                                Tray Passed Hors D’oeuvres
Add Tray Passed Hors D’oeuvres for that traditional cocktail reception. Tray passed always adds
  an elegant touch and gives your guest something to snack on while you are taking photos
                                  during your cocktail hour.
                Additional $10 - $12 per person based on quantity and selection


                                          Mini Sweets
Add a mini sweets buffet to compliment your wedding cake. Select up to four mini sweets to be
               displayed on each individual table or on a lavish sweets buffet.
                                     Additional $7 per guest


                                  Custom Wedding Cakes
             Dessert or Wedding Cake, based on your preference for style and size.
                                  Additional $6 - $12 per guest


                                           Intermezzo
   Fresh Sorbet: Perfect as a palate cleanser between courses on a hot summer day. Flavors
                             include lemon, grapefruit, or raspberry.
                                     Additional $5 per guest



                                          Party Favors
Bon-Bon and Truffle Party Favors: Give a sweet gift to your guests as they arrive or depart. Favors
are elegantly wrapped in clear plastic containers with an assortment of three treats. Additional
                                          $8 per guest

                                         Sushi Sushi Sushi
                   Add a LIVE ACTION sushi station to your cocktail reception.
                                    Additional $25 per guest


                                    Crêpe Action Station
                 Design your own crêpe creation from a list of tasty ingredients.
                                   Additional $10 per guest

                               Beverage Upgrades

                                        Wine Service
 Upgrade the wines served with dinner. Patina Catering offers a fine list of upgraded wines and
champagne that can be paired to match your menu. If you have a particular wine in mind that
                we do not carry, we will look into getting it for your wedding.
                           Additional cost: pending wine selection
                              $15 corkage fee for outside wines

                                    Champagne Toast
 Have a champagne toast to accompany speeches or your cake cutting. Guests will toast the
                 bride and groom with a festive glass of champagne.
                              Additional $6 - $8 per guest.
