             1. We’d love to share with you the first story of the book Half the Sky and ask you to
                  take the story back to your chapters and introduce them to the program, the book,
                  and the initiative!
V. Guest Speakers

             1. KUnited: Libby and Gabe talked about their platform which includes, Jayhawk
                Graphics, Concerts in Allen Fieldhouse, and decreased general education
                requirements.
             2. Renew KU: Casey and Josh talked about their platform to increase sustainability, a
                university wide calendar to help event coordination, public records of grading
                history and beer at the Jaybowl.
             3. NPHC Representative- Step Show April 16: Tickets on sale in the SUA office for $12.
             4. Jon Sabillon, KZOO –Powder Puff for Polar Bears. Winners of the tournament will
                become the mother of a polar bear at the KC Zoo. Each chapter was given a packet.
                Also, Kzoo is now taking applications for their executive board. Applications are due
                April 15 in the SILC office by 4:00 p.m. where you will also sign up for an interview.
             5. Sigma Chi: Derby Days are coming up the last week of April. If your chapter’s
                presidents are not receiving information emails about the event please contact Alex
                Schulte .Coaches will be visiting houses next week. Delegates were given tee shirt
                sign-ups.
             6. Sigma Delta Tau: Philanthropy event will be May 1 on the football field of Lawrence
                Central on Mass. Street. Each delegate was given a flyer.
VI. All Greek Update
             1. The Step Show is April 16 in Woodruff Auditorium. Tickets are $12 and I strongly
                encourage you all to advertise this to your chapter members and get a group of
                women to go! I have purchased one ticket for each chapter, so hopefully that will
                encourage your women to get even more tickets and send a group from each
                chapter!
             2. MGC Easter Egg Hunt is April 20 at Hillcrest School in Lawrence for the Boys and
                Girls Club. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Rocio Ramirez at
                ryram@ku.edu
VII. Executive Officer Reports

             1. Thank you all for sending members to the Jason Wren Initiative!
             2. Greek Standards Open Forum is taking place May 3 at 6:30 p.m. in Woodruff
                 Auditorium. Remind your chapter presidents to send feedback in to Amy Long by
                 April 22 and for the chapter presidents and anyone else interested to please be in
                 attendance at the open forum.
             3. Honor Court Bylaw Proposed Revisions:
                      a. Please take these back to your chapters and come ready to vote on the
                          proposed changes at our next council meeting in two weeks.

             1. Please email me recent pictures of your chapter! Examples could be at recruitment,
                 bid day, formals, date parties, philanthropies, community service events or anything
                 where you are all together and having fun while upholding the four pillars of Greek
                 Life (scholarship, leadership, service and sisterhood)! Pictures are going on the
                 homepage of our website! So they need to be appropriate (no boys or alcohol)!
             2. Everyone should be following KU Panhellenic on social media sites! Tell everyone in
                 your chapter! Follow us on Twitter at KU_PHA, like our facebook page (search for
                 The University of Kansas Panhellenic Association) and follow or read our blog posts
                 at www.kupahellenic.blogspot.com. We update often with important and fun
                 information on the KU Greek Community!
             3. Start wearing your letters on campus every Tuesday! You could be featured on our
                 Facebook and Twitter pages! #caughtoncampus

             1. Junior Greek Olympics is this Sunday, April 17. Please contact me if
                your chapter hasn't registered a team but would still like to.
             2. Greek Recognition Night is April 25 at 7 p.m. in the Kansas Union
                Ballroom. Only 5 people from each chapter will be invited to attend
                because of space constraints. This number does not include award
                winners, advisors, or house directors.

             2. We will be starting something new next week! There will be Panhellenic proctoring
                of study hours at the libraries on campus.
             3. I will be doing a service learning project the last two weeks of April and would really
                like the help of Panhellenic. I am doing a drive for the Willow Domestic Violence
                Center

                   Male leaders in the KU community panel with opening remarks by Barry

                   Thursday – Honoring Survivors
                   In the evening, the campanile bell will toll once for each person that GaDuGi has
                    assisted in the past year

                   Information will be distributed on Wescoe Beach from 10am-2pm
                   Information regarding alcohol, as it relates to sexual consent, will be provided in
                    the evening at residence halls
