Safety equipment made available to perform job function (rubber gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, dust mask) 8. Security – Airport ID, ramp driving permit, escort and challenge procedures, FAA 9. Parking 10. On the job training/ certification program (classroom discussion, hands=on training, and evaluation of work performed 11. Cross training/ cross utilization 12. Pay rate while in training $____________________ 13. Reporting accidents/ injuries 14. Work Schedule, payroll procedures, payday schedule 15. Aircraft emergency flash lights (off limits for use) 16. Complaint procedures for work related issues (chain of command, direct supervisor, regional manager, CEO) 20. Break period (30 min for 8 hour or more shift, 15 min if working between 5 and 8 hrs 21. Work week, timesheets, time clock 22. Dress code (review company’s policy statement) 23. Never sit on armrests of aircraft seats (THEY WILL BREAK) 24. Attendance and absenteeism (review company’s policy statement) 25. Quitting early without permission 26. Care and upkeep of equipment 27. Uniforms (available after initial orientation period) 28.
