                          COMMUNICATIONS PLAN



PROJECT: Renowned Brazilian Chef Dada to conduct 3 day ‘Culinary Adventure’ where she
will highlight and demonstrate various methods of cooking Norwegian saltfish.

PR Objectives
    To introduce new and non-traditional methods of preparing saltfish
    To promote the value of Norwegian saltfish as a quality product
    To encourage the use of innovative saltfish dishes on menus in popular restaurants
    To highlight product versatility and provide information on the product characteristics
    To establish relationships with those within the food industry


Invitees
     Executive Chefs from top hotels and restaurants
     Chef lecturers and students from culinary institutions
     Food/ lifestyle editors – print media and magazines
     Local spokesperson – Dr. Heather Little-White, Chef and Nutrionist


Other invited persons include
