Riders must show current membership card at registration -VRRA or AMCRA, or USCRA if a US resident. All other riders must purchase a one-event VRRA membership. If a new racer, your race school certificate must also be shown. • All racers who do not show a 2009 RACE license must pay the $15 RACE surcharge at the track for insurance purposes. • Transponders are required for scoring at all VRRA events. REFUND POLICY Refunds will be by cheque only and will not be issued as a credit for future races. All requests for refunds must be on the Refund Form and mailed to the Registrar within 7 days of the event or submitted at the event. If you pre-enter, your entry fees will be refunded if you notify the Registrar of your withdrawal, at least 48 hours before the race weekend. If you pre-enter, your entry fees, less $40, will be refunded if you notify the Registrar within 48 hours of the race weekend. Once you enter onto the track, a request for a refund of additional class entries only, may be granted in accordance with VRRA guidelines. There shall be no refunds due to weather, accidents or other circumstances beyond the control of the VRRA. TRANSPONDERS • Transponders will be available at registration; $50 rental fee, $200 security deposit. There are a limited number of rental units available. To secure a rental transponder, download a rental form, complete and return it with the $50 fee together with your entry form. • A separate cheque for the $200 security deposit will be collected when the transponder is issued. • Transponders will be checked during practice to ensure proper functioning. PRACTICE • Practice sessions for endurance riders take place Friday morning, see schedule for times. RIDERS’ MEETING • Attendance is mandatory for all racers. Rider’s meetings take place Friday morning and prior to the race, see schedule for times. NUMBERS • You may have to change your racing number in the event of conflicting numbers; VRRA members get priority. INSURANCE • All team members who enter the hot pits must sign the waiver and receive the appropriate wrist band. Any team member who does not present a 2009 RACE licence will be required to pay $15.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE I acknowledge that motorcycle racing can be dangerous. I am solely responsible to govern my conduct and the conduct of any infant, minor or other person who, while attending the “Vintage Festival ” (hereinafter called the event) to be held August 13 to 16, 2009 at Mosport International Raceway is in my care, custody or control. In consideration of my being permitted to attend, or in any way, take part in the event, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assignees agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Vintage Road Racing Association (VRRA), Mosport International Raceway, Racing Associates Canada Events (RACE), event sponsors and partners, the other participants and their respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against all actions, claims, costs and expenses and demands that may accrue from any loss, damage or injury (including death, loss of limbs and permanent disablement) to my person or property, howsoever caused, arising out of or in conjunction with, my being permitted to attend at or in any way to take part prior to, during or subsequent to this event, whether as a spectator, participant, competitor or otherwise and notwithstanding the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by negligence of the said bodies, their agents, officials, servants or representatives. I acknowledge and agree that the Vintage Road Racing Association, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to decline to grant such participation or revoke at any time such credentials to me, or the right to attend or take part in the event. I hereby confirm that I have no medical condition that could impair my ability to participate and that I am fully covered by medical insurance for this event. I have read the VRRA Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by them. I have read the information presented on this form. I acknowledge the receipt of, and have read the Rider Information Sheet. I consent to the VRRA using any pictures taken of me during this event, without seeking my permission or giving remuneration, for future promotional or reference documents.
