                                                                                  Technical Update--4 Tech Issue : A short 4-8 page
                                                                                  description of a technical project written for technical
                                                                                  experts to inform them of ongoing research and/or
                                                                                  developments in that field.
                                                                                  Technical Update--5 Newsletter : A collection of short
                                                                                  articles that provide updates and information to a
                                                                                  subscriber base who funded the project. Not available to
                                                                                  non-funders.
