We, the undersigned, as a Subcontractor or Supplier for the above referenced
project; a) do hereby guarantee the (Glass & Glazing ) against defects in
workmanship and / or materials for a period of (____1_________) year(s) from
the date of Grand Opening, as required by the specifications; b) if the materials
and / or workmanship shall become defective within the specified time, I promise
to replace and / or repair by the specifications, any such defects promptly at no
additional cost to the contractor, Architect or the Owner of the above project.
