7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial
Services Authority (FSA).
Mondial Assistance Europe NV is authorised by De Nederlandsche Bank in the
Netherlands and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the conduct of
business in the UK (during 2011 AGA International SA is authorised by Autorité de
Contrôle Prudentiel in France and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority
for the conduct of business in the UK).
