There are times you are going to want to send
an existing video to a client (for example from
the web or Utube). To accomplish this we will
need to upload the video into the studio.
To begin click on My Files
A drop down menu will appear. The second
choice down is labeled Upload Movie. Click
                 on this.
A file search screen will display. Click on
Browse to find the movie stored on your
computer. (when you find a video on the web
           save it to your computer)
Find the video and highlight it and Click Open
Click Start Upload
An information box appears Click OK
When the video loads you will need to give
the video a title. Type the title in the space
                   provided.
Next we want to give it a description.
You do not need a Group Name.
Leave Private File unchecked
Click Submit Uploaded Movie & Details
Now Click My Files to open the drop down
box and Click on Files Ready To Use
Under file status your video will be in the
conversion Queue. It will automatically appear
in the Ready To Use area when it is converted
to a file your program uses.
 MyVideoTalk converts most video formats
found on the web to FLV file format and can
be viewed on Macs and PCs. This will take
time to convert so be patient. (it has taken a
few minutes to a few hours)
When the file is converted it will appear in
your ready to use list. We still cannot email it
out, but we are almost there.
We now want to launch MyVideoDesigner.
         Click Launch Now
We want to create a subcategory to move our
            video into. Click Add
A box appears so you can name the
   subcategory. Type the name.
Click OK
You will notice the subcategory in now listed
Close this out by clicking the X
If you were not redirected to this screen Click
My Files and Click Files Ready To Use from
             the drop down menu.
You will now click on the icon that looks like
two pages to open the assign file area.
You will notice the subcategory you created
                   earlier.
Click on the box of your subcategory.
Click on Apply Changes
An information box will appear letting you
       know you were successful.
We now want to launch MyVideoDesigner.
         Click Launch Now
Click on the subcategory you created
Your video you uploaded from the web, your
flip, UTube, or any other video clip or movie is
now in your subcategory ready to send.
Click on Send
Simply fill out the form and don’t forget to
     pick the appropriate template.
Your video is in place as well as your picture
           and banner with links.
