A 90 grams of tofu contains only 50 kcal, eat less meat and tofu, maintain protein intake at the same time, good for weight loss. In addition, the tofu is considered ideal for yoga practice with food.

Ingredients:
*1/3 cup white miso (soybean
 paste)
*1/3 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
*1/3 cup rice vinegar
*1 tbsp finely grated peeled fresh
 ginger
*1/2 cup chopped dry-roasted
 peanuts, divided
*5 tbsp canola oil, divided
*2 (14-ounce) packages water-
 packed firm tofu, drained
*8 cups gourmet salad greens
*minced fresh chives (optional)




Preparations:
