    The DSP, Head Teacher and governing body should consider the following areas in order to
       establish whether the school policies and procedures effectively safeguard children.


    Supporting evidence must be provided for each indicator.


    All identified actions should have an indicative timescale.

          arrangements, including the name and
          contact details of the DSP, Deputy DSP and
