Try to throw a little encouragement (and a few doubts from me) back at him.

My Dear Mr. Zuma,

I like your plan very much, Smith! It's pretty clear to me that you're a pretty sharp operator. Now, you say the money
is in the South Africa Reserve Bank -- you can bet that I'm a pretty anxious to see that it's safe until such time as we
get it transferred to my company. Can you please pass along some evidence that the money's going to be OK until
we can get it too me.

It's always possible that the hombres you've been working with might try to hoodwink you and rustle the money away
before you get it transferred, you know. Remember, Smith, I trust you -- I can tell you're a God-fearing man -- but I
haven't talked to those other two guys!

Meanwhile, let's go ahead and get things going for you on your end. Here's some information for you:

Roy Rogers, CEO
Radio Ranch, LLC
21659 Yippee Ki Yah Way
Tombstone, AZ 85638

voice and fax # -- 203-339-4416

A little note for you, Smith -- if you try to call me, you'll probably get my voice mail. I'm out on the ranch a lot, and the
phone coverage isn't that good out there. But don't worry none, I'll get back to you!

Sincerely, and God bless,
Roy Rogers

Must have taken the weekend off. But on Monday I get my reply. So far, so good!

Dear Mr. Roy Rogers,

Compliments of the day and hope all is well with you, your work and the rest of your family there in your country? We
are doing well here and as I have informed you earlier through our email conversation that I have initiated the transfer
process.

The whole process has started very well as I have succeeded in submitting the application on your behalf to the
Department of Minerals and Energy / The Department of Foreign Affairs for your registration as a Civil Contractor

Partners that did the contract in the year 2003.

From all indications, I was informed by the registry of these departments that the registration documents would be
available for collection on the 17th of June 2009. I was then advised to proceed to the Department of Finance and
National treasury to collect the “Indemnity Application Form for the Transfer of Contract Privileges.
This advice is normal as when this form is completed by you and sent back to me, it would be submitted along the
Registration documents from the Department of Minerals and Energy / Corporate Affairs commission to the
Department of Finance for normal protocols and for approval for the fund in question to be confirmed to your name
and subsequent transfer.

The copy of the form that was issued to me is attached to this email. You have to complete the form and send back
to me immediately and I would advise you strongly to handle the transaction / Documents sent to you strictly
confidential to yourself.

These are the information or rather details that you would need to have on hand while completing the form in block
capital letter:

The Contract sum normally is US$38.5Mn

The Contract Site is Kruggersdorp Gold and Diamond Mine.

The Contract Number is SAME/FHD/SA-1342/2003.

The incorporation number would be available soon upon the release of the registration documents. The other
required details like the account details is your receiving account details where the fund would be transferred to after
approval.

I would be looking forward to reading or hearing from you till then all the best and God bless.

Here’s the form that he sent, on the next page, below. Funny how these guys always ask you to fill out a jpg.

My reply. Seems I have a few questions.

My Dearest Smith,

Well, Smith, you’re a straight-shooting man of your word, as we say here in the west. It looks like
you’re putting this thing together just fine!

I’ve got the form printed out and sitting right here on my desk, but I want to make sure I fill it out
right, and make sure there won’t be any questions with the Finance Ministry. Now, Smith, I’ve got a
company all right – my ranch is a multi-million dollar operation after all. But won’t it look kind of
suspicious to have my ranch be supplying heavy equipment for a mining company?

What if those two fellows in the Ministry aren’t playing us straight? I’ll be safe enough, here in the
USA, but you could be in deep trouble. Double check those two hombres, Smith and let me know it’s
going to be OK. Then you give me the word and I’ll get this filled right out for you.

God Bless,
Roy

PS – One more thing Smith. I know we’ve got to keep this between us, but I have let my private
secretary, Dale Evans, know what’s going on. She’ll keep an eye on my messages when I’m out of
the office. You can trust Dale as much as you trust me!

Smith writes back.

Dear Mr. Roy Rogers,

I received your email and the content was well understood. In the company field, if you do not want
to use your company then you can put your name on that field.

We are going to follow everything legally, I will start by registering a company here in your name
and incorporate the company in South African corporate affairs as a true existing company here and
as soon as I register the new company with the department of mineral and energy then rights and
privileges bestowed on Tops and Partners as the company that executed the contract will be
transferred to the new company that I will registered in your name. We can still use the name of your
existing company to register the new company here if you wish. As we progress I will be sending you
all the documents to keep you updated.

Regarding my colleagues, there is nothing to worry about them, I will handle everything perfectly just
trust me.

For your secretary, if you trust him, well it is okay by me.

I will be waiting to receive the form to enable me proceed with the registration immediately.

Sincerely,
Mr. Smith Zuma

Smith,

I'm back in the office now. I'm sorry I wasn't available yesterday, buckaroo, but one of our prospectors got caught in a
cave-in at our new gold mine, and we had to get him out. I'm happy to report that he's fine, but he got quite a scare,
as you can imagine -- he was shakin' worse than the time I was when I found a snake in my boot!

Now listen, Smith -- I've got to say I'm a little upset. I told you that you can trust Dale, and it was pretty impolite to tell
her to wait for me. An important man like you ought to realize you've got to trust the people working under you. Dale
might have been able to take care of this last night, but she waited on me because she knows how important this
contract is with me. Now we've lost a whole day.

Back to business now, Smith. I don't know what the problem could be with that form. I'm looking at it right now, and
we've got everything listed on it, all legal and proper, and ready to go. We don't usually have any problems with
sending documents like this at all. In fact, I noticed you sent the document back to me, and it looks just fine here.

I talked to my IT consultant, Gabby, and he thinks the problem may be with the scanner resolution pull-down protocol
settings on your end. He says that a lot of the computers being used in South Africa are pretty out of date, and don't
handle the newer compression rate algorithm formulas the newer scanners use. We can work around that on our
end, but we need to test your computer first. Try opening the file I'm sending (it's a picture of me from back during my
rodeo days!), and let me know if it works OK. Get back right away, and we'll try sending that form again if this works.

God Bless and don't delay!
Roy

Smith likes this just fine…

Dear Mr. Roy Rogers,
I received your email and the clear picture you sent to me. You can go ahead and send the indemnity form thesame
way you sent me the picture. I will be waiting to receive the form.

Actually, I do trust Ms. Dale Evans, is just that the form she sent to me was not clear that is why I said she should
wait for you to come bank.

I will wait to hear from you.

Dale is back in the picture, since Roy is out of the office. Unfortunately, she sends the

have resolved the technical difficulties of the first transmission, and again apologize for the inconvenience. Mr.

Mr. Yuma Smith,

This is indeed a regrettable turn of events. It appears that Mr. Rogers picked up the wrong folder when he left the
ranch office this afternoon in his hurry to get to the mine and meet the federal mine inspector. Mr. Rogers left me this
folder and told me to scan the form and send to you.

On behalf of Mr. Rogers, allow me to apologize for the unnecessary delay this has caused. We will set it right
immediately upon his return tomorrow morning.

On a personal note, please be patient with Roy -- the accident at the mine has affected him more than he lets on, and
he is concerned that he may be found negligent (through no fault of his own) after the inspector has completed his
work. It's been a very rough stretch of time for Roy -- he's had to put up with persistent cattle rustling, a recent
tornado that destroyed the bunkhouse, and a case of hoof and mouth disease with his favorite horse, Trigger.

He's enjoyed his correspondence with you, Yuma, and told me recently that he thought you were a "real, rootin'
tootin' cowboy buckaroo." High praise indeed!

Sincerely,

Dale

Dear Yuma,

Boy, I've made a hash of this thing, now, haven't I. Darn it all, Yuma, you've been a steady partner in this enterprise,
and I keep leaving the barn door opening and letting the horses out!

Dale tells me that I left her the wrong form for her to send, and now it turns out I gave the form I should have sent to
you to the Bureau of Mines inspector. Dog gone it, I'm making this whole thing a lot harder than it needs to be.

Yuma -- I've got to go down to Phoenix today for a hearing on the mine accident, and I'll see the inspector then and
get the form back from him. Let me know you've gotten this message and that you're still on board with me, buddy!

Happy Trails,

Dear Yuma,

Hope you had a great weekend partner! Hope you got some time off -- I'm sure you're a busy fella down there in
South Africa. We had a great weekend here -- went out onto the ranch and hunted antelope. Thought I'd send you a
picture of one of the ones I bagged -- sure was a nice break from going to court about that accident at the gold mine.
The good news is that we got cleared, and production is really stepping up. Say, if you know some fellas over there
that got some good business opportunities, let me know about it!

Yuma -- I was about to fax the form off to you and I noticed there was no spot on it for the "Contract Category is
Category "E" Civil Contractor" that you mentioned. I want to make sure you get everything you need on the form. Is
there a second page of the form or anything?

Let me know right away and I'll get this faxed off to you. What's your fax number again? Hope you like the picture!
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Yuma,

I must tell you that Mr. Rogers is very upset that he has not heard back from you re: the questions he had for you the
other day. Among men like Mr. Roy Rogers, the sharing of a picture from a hunt is a token of esteem and trust, and
your failure to answer him has angered him greatly.

As Mr. Roy Roger's personal secretary, I am going to go ahead and send along the form you've requested. When you
receive it I would suggest you send Roy a personal note thanking him for his cooperation. I understand how greatly
this deal could profit Roy, and would hate to see him cut off the deal because of his anger at you. Be conciliatory in
your note to Roy and please tell him how much you enjoyed the picture he sent you!

If you have any pictures of yourself hunting big game, send one along with your note -- this will make him view you
much more favorably.

Dear Mr. Roy Rogers,

Yuma,

It's great to hear from you, and I'm glad to hear that the business is proceeding forward so well. Now, I hope you
weren't too bothered by my notes to you, but I'm a person who likes to get things done quick. It's like we say out here
on the ranch, "If you're burning daylight, you're burning money."

Yuma, I was talking to my mine foreman, Gene Autrey, the other day, and he seemed kind of suspicious about you.
Said I need to look out for "scammers" (or some kind of word like that). I told him to never no mind about Yuma Smith
-- he's as honest as the day is long.

But I did promise Gene that I'd prove him wrong by making sure I got some kind of ID from you. You don't mind
sending along a copy of your government ID or something like that, do you? Don't worry, I won't let anything bad
happen to it. I know a fellow in your position has to be right careful with sensitive documents like that -- I just want to
show Gene how wrong he is about you!

Your partner,

Roy

PS -- While you're at it, send along some pictures of your hunting trips, would you? You do hunt, right? I sure hope so
-- I know I can trust a fellow hunter!

Dear Mr. Roy Rogers,

From the beginning I told you that I want this transaction to be between the two of us. I don’t understand why you
keep on telling people about this transaction. This transaction is supposed to be confidential. If you cannot keep it
confidential then let me know so that I can look for another foreign partner who will be more committed and keep this
transaction confidential. This is a transaction that is supposed to be confidential because of the nature of the
transaction which I have earlier explained to you before we started this transaction.

If you feel that you cannot handle this then let me know immediately let me know what to do.

Find attached a scan copy of my international passport for your perusal. Please I am sending it personally to you

Dale springs to Roy’s defense. You don’t want to mess with Mr. Roy Rogers….no sir.

Radio Ranch, LLC
Mr. Roy Rogers, CEO

Tombstone, AZ 85638

Mr. Smith Zuma,

Sir, this is Dale, Mr. Roy Roger's private confidential secretary.

Mr. Zuma, I cannot believe that you have spoken to Mr. Rogers in this fashion. I'm glad, for your sake, that I was able
to check Mr. Roger's messages before he gets back from his time out on the ranch tomorrow morning.

You don't know Roy, Mr. Zuma, but he is not a man to be angered or treated in such a cavalier fashion. Mr. Roger's
extensive holdings make him a powerful man, and he is used to taking his own counsel. Mr. Gene Autrey served with
Mr. Rogers in the war, and they are the closest of friends. Were it not for Mr. Roger's help, Mr. Autrey would certainly
have been put in prison on trumped up political charges -- he owes his life to Mr. Rogers, and would never abuse his
confidence.

On Monday morning, Mr. Rogers will be looking for a message from you with a copy of your ID -- I strongly suggest
you resend your message and the ID scan at once. Say nothing of Mr. Autrey. Instead ask Roy how his weekend
was, and tell him about a hunting trip you've taken. It doesn't matter if you don't hunt. Roy loves a man who hunts,
and he'll trust you more if you tell him. Be friendly, and tell him personal things about yourself and your family. A
family picture would be best of all!

Believe me, Mr. Zuma, I am working in your best interests. If Roy doesn't trust you, he'll call this whole thing off. Since
Roy has promised me 5% for my help, I want this to succeed to!

Sincerely and God Speed,

Dale Evans,
Confidential Secretary to Roy Rogers

Roy sends a note to Yuma – seems like Dale didn’t tell him about the note from this
weekend.

Yuma --

How are you doing good friend? I talked to Dale, my confidential secretary, this morning. She was keeping an eye on
my messages this weekend while I was out on the ranch. She told me that you hadn't sent any messages over the
weekend. That surprised me a little bit, pardner -- I figgered you'd get right back to me with that ID.
You know Yuma, I can't wait to see the look on Gene's face when I show him that. Gene's a good man, but he tends
to be a little suspicious. Can't say I blame him, after what he went through in the war, you know. Anyway, Yuma, send
me a scan of that ID and those other forms you're looking to have me sign for you.

Can't wait to get that money over here -- we're breaking in a new oil field up on the butte, and havin' some extra cash
will help get that black gold flowing quicker. And you know, Yuma, when that field comes in we'll be sittin' pretty, and
you can bet I'll remember who my friends are -- I'll be sure to see that you get a little something extra to help you out.
Maybe you and the missus can take an extra nice vacation?

By the way, Yuma, tell me a little bit about your family. I'm a good family man, and I figure that you are too. Send
along a picture of 'em if you will.

God Bless,

Roy

And that’s where it ends. Too bad, because there were more surprises in store. All he had
to do was send a freakin’ picture...
