  These menus are designed to assist you in planning your food service. Please
  keep in mind that we offer a full range of unique, custom entrees, themed
  luncheons, carving stations or a fine-dining plated service.

  Our Event Coordinator will be pleased to customize a menu specific to your
  needs. Please call us to discuss your event and let us craft a menu that will
  make your conference and meeting experience a spectacular success!

  A 20% service fee will be added to all food and beverage.
