    Goosewing Hotels and Resorts Brings High-end Resort Vacationing to Little

Little Compton, RI (May 2008) Goosewing Hotels and Resorts, a hotel
development and management company, today announced plans for the
iconic boutique hotel, Stone House. Slated to re-open Spring of 2009, the historic
waterfront retreat in Little Compton, Rhode Island will boast 13 hotel guest suites
inclusive of three additional suites offered as estate memberships. An intimate
resort destination with an emphasis on individualized amenities, Stone House will
offer a private and refined sanctuary designed for comfort and relaxation. In
addition, Stone House will offer dining at 1854 and Pietra, bringing Little Compton
residents and visitors a refined and authentic dining destination. Stone House is
also set to open the Stone House Spa, the first of its kind in Little Compton.

ultimate experience that will leave them remembering Stone House and wanting
to return for years to come.”

The New Look
Stone House, a landmark Italianate Estate in Little Compton since 1854, is known
for its New England charm, dreamy beaches and granite stone walls. The unique
four-story building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features
restored grand verandas, historic guest rooms and a roof-top cupola (originally
destroyed in the great hurricane of 1938). The Estate Barn provides eclectic
Tuscan dining at Pietra, an elemental spa and Membership Suites.

The architectural firm of 3SIX0 has developed interiors that are a delicate
balance of rich historic character and precise modern amenities. All rooms
feature luminous bath salons, intimate fire features and suspended millwork.
Poised within the backdrop of historic fabric, the design creates harmony
between past and present.

The Dining Experience
   • Pietra offers Tuscan inspired and Little Compton cuisine, the inspiration
       and collaboration of Pino di Ciccio, Chef/Owner of Antica Osteria “Da
       Divo” in Siena, Italy, and Stone House Executive Chef, Brian Flanders,
       formerly of Twin Farms, Temenos St. Regis and Little Palm Island. Their
       innovate interpretation of Tuscany’s culinary traditions blended with Little
       Compton’s local seafood and produce creates an authentic dining
       experience. Visitors will be able to enjoy Pietra and the focus is on fresh,
       local ingredients from the area farms and docks

   •   1854 reinterprets the old world traditions of the former Tap Room, a true
       speakeasy from the days of Prohibition. The setting is intimate for evening
       drinks, celebrate wines, robust comfort food and live Standards on select

   •   The Veranda & Parlor Room make for a cozy breakfast with thoughtful
       chef creations that change daily and offer delightful morning surprises.
       Traditional high tea is also served.

   •   The Shed offers fun one-on-one and group cooking classes, farm stand
       and fisherman visits, wine tastings, vineyard tours, and remarkable menus
       and memories.

   •   The Gourmet Corner comes stocked with Brian’s seasonal selection of
       snacks and beverages including Italian cured meats, cheeses, olives,
       sweets, local wines and daily treats for around-the-clock cravings.

   •   In-Residence Dining is available 24-hours a day and offers daily selections
       including afternoon canapés to be savored in the privacy of one’s suite or
       private garden/terrace.

The Spa Experience
Also opening this summer, for guests who crave the healing power of nature, the
Spa provides an authentic inspirational and spiritual experience. The spa is
equipped with massage and facial treatment suites, a double treatment suite, a
wet room, a manicure and pedicure room and a yoga and meditation garden.
Treatment rooms are designed with custom steam shower salons, soaking tub
and personalized changing area. The spa combines healing lifestyle and rituals
with spa therapies influenced by the seasons and indigenous natural products,
providing a memorable and relaxing journey.

If guests opt to leave the haven of Stone House, they can choose from a myriad
of activities. Whether it’s bicycling to the town’s golf course, sailing on the hotel’s
private yacht, swimming in the ocean or taking a tour of a nearby vineyard, Little
Compton offers countless experiences to reconnect with nature.

Guests will be treated to personalized amenities –from Stone House chocolates
to customized in suite music to all-natural bath amenities made by a local artisan
to evening turn down massages and relaxation scented pillows – all chosen prior

Additional resort amenities and services include the use of the Resort Hinckley
Yacht, butler service, pillow service, private beach with attendant, chauffeur
