The unique four-story building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features restored grand verandas, historic guest rooms and a roof-top cupola (originally destroyed in the great hurricane of 1938). The Estate Barn provides eclectic Tuscan dining at Pietra, an elemental spa and Membership Suites. The architectural firm of 3SIX0 has developed interiors that are a delicate balance of rich historic character and precise modern amenities.
