KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
         Successfully launched Artisan Capacity Building Program for a fair trade organization in Guatemala that led to
          implementation of training sessions aimed at improving the lives of local indigenous artisans.
         Authored talking points on girls’ rights to education, presented by Mary Robinson, former President of Ireland,
          at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in January 2008.

   Opportunity Fund, Summer Microenterprise Associate, San Jose, CA, Jun-Sept 2010
      Managed evaluation of Opportunity Fund’s Small Business Loan program: conducted client interviews,
        supervised two undergraduate student interns, collected and analyzed data.
      Piloted outcomes evaluation of Individual Development Account (IDA) Savings program.

   International Center for Research on Women, Program Assistant, Washington, D.C., Oct 2006-Aug 2009
       Managed budget and contracts of a $1 million grant, ensuring project objectives were met within budget.
       Worked with team to produce measurement & evaluation strategy for the Nike Foundation.
       Presented the benefits of program evaluation at 2007 American Public Health Association Annual Meeting.
       Co-authored research paper influencing international development community to invest in adolescent girls.
       Coordinated planning and logistics of international health conference, raising ICRW’s visibility in field of
         gender equality.
       Analyzed qualitative data on women’s property rights, HIV/AIDS, & domestic violence in sub-Saharan Africa.
       Assisted with business development for SED Vice President leading to an increase in funding and staff.

         administration and cooperative organization, and women’s health; oriented program facilitator.
