Goal 5: Increase Industry Division and CCTI Division professional member participation in the NAIT Convention.

This goal ranked third out of the eighteen goals. The participation by CCTI and Industry personnel in the NAIT Convention has been limited
in both the number attending and in the number participating as presenters and speakers.

Goal 6: Improve Recruitment and Development of Future Association Leaders:

Recruiting and developing leaders is becoming an increasingly critical problem for many non-profit associations including NAIT. The problem
is exemplified by the fact that for the first time in the history of NAIT we did not hold any officer elections this year.
