Prospectus Certificate Course in Cyber Crime Laws (CCCL) from Cyber Law College is a Course meant to provide an in-depth understanding of Cyber Crime Laws as applicable in India. The course is a 40% credit part of the Diploma in Cyber Laws conducted by Cyber Law College. The two other parts of the Diploma Course comprise “Certificate in Digital Contract Laws” (CDCL) and “Certificate in Cyber Law Compliance” (CCLC) each of which carry 30% credit towards completion of the PG Diploma Course. Interested students may continue with the other credit parts and acquire the PG Diploma Course. The Course content is based on Information Technology Act 2000 as amended by Information Technology Amendment Act 2008. (ITA 2000-V2008)
