DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ISSUING GSP CERTIFICATE 1) GSP Form ‘A’ in quadruplicate as per proforma given by Export Inspection Agency. 2) Copy of Invoice. 3) Copy of Packing List. 4) Working sheet stating separately direct cost/in direct cost/Overheads etc. 5) EUR Certificate (in case imports are from European Community and exports to European Community). 6) Copy of Bill of Entry for the imported raw materials used in the consignment. 7) Demand Draft for Rs. 100/- per GSP Certificate drawn in favour of DC, MEPZ.
