Dynamex Corp. is looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team of talented

Reporting to the Operations Development Manager, the Instructional Designer will design
and create high-quality, print-based and on-line distance education courses and performance
support materials/programs – to enhance the professional and technical competency of
Dynamex’s employees. Development of face-to-face classroom training programs and live
webinars would also be a definite asset to this role.

You have a university degree in adult education or equivalent with 5 years of experience
and additional in-depth training in educational technology or instructional design,
particularly in the area of e-learning. Specifically, your areas of expertise include:
     Converting curriculum outlines and raw content into innovative learning programs
     Technology-based learning design, development and evaluation skills
     Instructional design methods and practice
     Mastery and outcomes-based education
     Test design and analysis

Your expert knowledge of instructional design methodology and delivery technology is
accompanied by demonstrated experience in:
     Training needs assessment
     Emerging e-learning related technologies and standards
     Innovative synchronous and asynchronous learning delivery methods
     Formative and summative evaluation techniques
