					Course Title: Advanced Computer and Technology Applications
Grade Level: 10-12        Credits: 1        Prerequisite: Computer and Technology Applications

Course Description: This course will prepare you with the skills necessary to make the most of the advanced features found in the industry’s leading software package – Microsoft Office
2007. This class is highly recommended for students who are going to college or would like to enter the workforce equipped with the skills that are vital to any job. This class is not an
extension of Computer Applications. This course teaches you the practical applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Students will leave this course prepared to create
documents, worksheets, and databases suitable for coursework in college, professional purposes and personal use. In addition, students will leave with the knowledge and skills necessary
to create award winning PowerPoint presentations.
