Overall systems response time ok for
 subscribers
Peak-to-Sustained ratio ok, we have not
 reached saturation point yet- effective
 bandwidth is 30% more available
Response time from major sites increases
 with demand for bandwidth.
When system is loaded with requests we
 see a slight degradation in performance
