We use only the best: Boar’s Head deli meat, cheese and bacon.

Salad Dressing served on side. Any salad can be made without meat upon request.

                                          Self-Serve Buffets
Black plastic plates, linen-like napkins and utensils are included with all buffets.
Compostable plates, napkins and utensils available upon request for those who use commercial compost facilities.
    Serving utensils available: 3 for $3.50.
    Minimum order of 6 required for buffets. Please inquire about hot food options for smaller groups.
    All food served in recyclable aluminum pans and re-usable, recyclable catering trays.
    Hot Buffets delivered in re-usable/returnable insulated boxes. Reusable chafer and sterno set
      available for $15.00 each; extra sterno available for $1.50 per can.
    Servers available for $35/server per hour; 3-hour minimum. (72 hour notice for servers required).

        Make your own sandwiches. Buffet includes your choice of 3-Boar’s Head Deli meats & 2-
        cheese; tuna and chicken salad available also. Buffet includes: meat and cheese tray,
        breadbasket, condiment tray (with dressings, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle spears), your
        choice of salad or kettle chips and cookie tray.
        $11.50 per person
        $12.95 per person with salad and chips
