f you’re like most people, you probably suffer from occasional (or frequent) gas pain, indigestion, or even acid reflux heartburn. In the United States alone, almost half of all adults suffer from heartburn at least once a month – and 7% experience it daily. Acid indigestion is just as common, if not more so. And as far as acid reflux disease is concerned, recent statistics reported by PurplePill.com (the makers of Nexium) state that approximately 15 million people in America suffer from it. As a result, antacids and acid-blocker drugs have become a $24-billion-dollar-a-year industry (Source: MSNBC News). As men and women enter middle age (especially women who are transitioning into menopause), they lose almost half of the hydrochloric acid in their stomachs. This comes as a consequence of natural aging and oftentimes because many people take medications -such as Mylanta, Prilosec, Nexium, Pepcid and Zantac -- that block stomach acid. There are many reasons why people get gas pain, indigestion and acid reflux heartburn, not the least of which are the consumption of the wrong kinds of food or drink, excessive amounts of them, or bad food combining. Face it. You probably have consumed your share of antacids or acid-blocker drugs this month alone, or in the past year ... and in your lifetime. And you've probably wondered whether you'll ever be rescued from the neverending cycle of eating and pill-popping. Maybe you've even tried using those tablets that you take before meals in order to prevent gas, bloating and heartburn from occurring after meals, or tried tonics and supplements that aid in digestion. All of these remedies have varying levels of effectiveness, some being fairly fast-acting and others that take 2 or more days before they start relieving pain and discomfort. Perhaps you've researched natural remedies online and found commercial enterprises selling information about how to stop gas pain, or how to get rid of the pain of indigestion, or how to relieve acid reflux heartburn -- but very rarely do they provide remedies that are effective for all of the above. In contrast, the natural remedy you're about to learn in this report has been proven time and again, in countless cases, to relieve all three common complaints instantly. I've seen enterprising individuals sell information about this exact remedy and charge $20 to $30 for it.

As part of my "One-Minute Cure" Natural Remedy Series, I'm revealing in this report the secret that could enable you to kiss your antacids and acid-blocking pills goodbye once and for all. The irony of it all is that the mechanism of action of this completely natural remedy is the same foundation as many of the commercially available pills, tonics and supplements that normalize and maintain proper stomach acid levels. But those antacids -- and particularly the prescription drugs -- cost hundreds of times more than the simple remedy I present herein. The natural remedy doesn't have the attendant adverse effects that come with continued use of drugs. Most health-conscious people know that the long-term use of prescription drugs ALWAYS causes imbalance of the body's normal blood and hormonal chemistry. The body then tries to counteract that imbalance in one way or another. For instance, it tries to detoxify itself by breaking down the drug in the liver, but more often than not, it fails to remove the by-products of the drug metabolism because such by-products are not in molecules small enough to be excreted in the usual process. This is why the drug residues remain in the body, usually lodged in fat tissue, where they eventually cause serious health problems down the road.

The remedy is so simple and requires just 2 ingredients that can be found in most people’s kitchen cabinets. But the synergistic action of these ingredients relieves the pain of gas, indigestion and heartburn more effectively than anything a pharmaceutical company ever created. The formula for stopping gas pain, indigestion and acid reflux heartburn is as follows: 1 to 2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar (preferably organic) 1 to 2 teaspoons pure honey 8 ounces of water (warm enough to dissolve the honey, if possible, but not essential) This “formula” may seem more like folk medicine than science, but the results speak for themselves. Apples, especially the Red Delicious variety, have long been known as a

natural remedy for many ailments, particularly digestion-related ailments like heartburn. This gives credence to the old saying, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," doesn't it? But when an apple (in the form of raw apple cider vinegar) is consumed together with pure honey, the synergistic effect on the digestive system is nothing short of amazing. It’s important to note that only raw apple cider vinegar should be used because other types of vinegar lack the beneficial qualities of raw apple cider vinegar. Clear vinegar, for example, because of the processing and distillation that it undergoes, is stripped of all its life energy, and is essentially dead. Therefore, it has little, if any, beneficial qualities – and could even be detrimental to one’s health. Raw organic apple cider vinegar, on the other hand, has what is called the “mother of vinegar,” which makes it so beneficial. The “mother” is the cloudy portion of the vinegar that settles in the bottom of the bottle or jug like sediment. It is made up of enzymes, living nutrients, friendly bacteria and other compounds that facilitate digestion processes. When you make the formula described above, you’ll need to shake the vinegar bottle or jug prior to using it to assure that you will be getting some of the "mother" when you measure 1 to 2 teaspoons of it into the mixture. When the raw apple cider vinegar combines with the honey, the chemical composition of both ingredients changes. The acid content of the apple cider vinegar and the sugar content of the honey do not produce the negative effects often associated with acidity or sweetening agents. Gas pain is generally resolved in as little as a few minutes – and sometimes, even as soon as you drink the ACV-honey-and-water mixture. Remember that the above formula is just a recommended recipe. You can adjust the amount of vinegar and honey to your own taste, tolerance and needs -- and be sure to stir the mixture until the honey is thoroughly dissolved before drinking it. The only other precaution you need to take is to consume the mixture through a straw, if possible, so as to keep it off your teeth. Otherwise, the acidity of the vinegar could damage the enamel in your teeth. Raw apple cider vinegar is probably one of the oldest heartburn remedies known to man. Its primary use comes from relieving the pain associated with heartburn (including acid reflux heartburn). When acid reflux heartburn is left untreated, it may lead to a more

serious condition such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and even cancer. Raw apple cider vinegar helps to prevent that from occurring. Many people who have used the mixture described above experience a reduction of the pain and symptoms of acid reflux heartburn within 10 minutes of drinking the remedy. When pain and symptoms persist, many people have found that sipping the remedy throughout the day, waiting 30 minutes or more between sips, helps tremendously. This remedy has been reported to work well in all but the most severe cases of acid reflux disease – and best of all, it comes without the side effects associated with acid reflux medications.
