Oldfield Consulting – Legal Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Permanent placements, but also
Secretarial and Administration Employment sectors.

Set up the company myself with little resources apart from a computer and legal knowledge.

         of Solicitor firms in England and Wales

CV Writing – I sold CV Writing services on Ebay, writing on average 10 CVs a week from all sorts of
people all over the UK, USA and Australia.

Chocolates of Desire - I sold Belgian Chocolate to clients all over the UK, where my turnover
exceeded £36000 pro rata. I started off with no clients and built the business up from scratch.

Chocolate Fountain Hire Company, hiring out my 6 foot Chocolate Fountain for weddings and
Corporate Events.

Wedding Car Hire - I hired out a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow and a Mercedes S Class for weddings in
the South West.


Prior to being self-employed, I was employed in Legal and IT recruitment as a recruitment
consultant and had various temporary contracts in offices dealing in actuarial calculations
and mortgage data processing. I started my working career employed as a manager in
various retail outlets and running a team specialising in Pensions for 2 Insurance
Companies.
