As a brief background, in November 1994 I was attending U.S.D. law, living with & working for Garret Kendrick. I was living with Connie, on Diamond Street, until July of 1994, at which time we terminated our living arrangements. At that point Gary suggested I move in with him, to save on rent & utilities; that way I could give my mom/partner more, which is exactly what I did. At the same time, I was able to pay off Aaron quicker, one payment of which is illustrated by the $500 payment marked on 1115-94, check #413. Next, as a reminder, like I did across law school, I lived as cheaply as possible, using my own student loans & credit cards for the entire three years of law school to: A) B) C) Pay off the Note I wrote Aaron for My Condo; Pick up his $300 a month partnership financial duty; & Give My Rose as much extra as I could come up with, flat.
As illustrated above, whenever I received a chunk of cash, I slipped her a chunk of cash, from both my Student loans & bonus & each one of my commissions while practicing, which you know. Sometimes I wrote checks, other times I just sent her the cash, like in 1996 when I was both practicing law & waiting tables at the Hylton.
