Position Descriptions The Leasing Consultant at Post Properties is the person who makes a big
impact in many small ways - a friendly smile, a welcoming handshake, a

Our Leasing Consultants create a positive and lasting influence on
visitors, prospects and residents, and understand the importance of first

                        Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining

appropriate information and initiating background checks.
Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations,
                        while maintaining resident retention.
You will also use your attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to

Forbes Magazine's "Platinum 400" list of America's best big companies.
With $144 billion in assets, Regions is one of the nation’s largest full-
service providers of consumer and commercial banking, trust, securities
brokerage, mortgage and insurance products and services. Regions
serves customers in 16 states across the South, Midwest and Texas, and
through its subsidiary, Regions Bank, operates almost 2,000 banking
offices and nearly 2,500 ATMs. Its investment and securities brokerage,
trust and asset management division, Morgan Keegan & Company Inc.,

Regions Financial Corporation traces its roots back to the late 19th
century and three Alabama-based banks - the First National Bank of
Huntsville, the First National Bank of Montgomery and the Exchange
                           Security Bank of Birmingham.

Those three banks served their communities well, acquired smaller
institutions, out-smarted ruthless outlaws and remained in business
through the Great Depression. The First National Bank of Montgomery
boasts that it did not miss a dividend during the depression – a
distinction earned by only a few banks in the country.

Given the very rapid growth of TWG, many Associates rapidly assume
very significant management responsibilities. With dedicated service and
success, Associates have the opportunity to make partner in the
company. We are dedicated to promoting from within the company
wherever possible. Mr. Jones’ philosophy is to hire the very best raw
talent and develop people to their full potential, just like he did at Bain &
                        Company for 14 years.

Compensation growth is very rapid for many of our Associates. The
opportunity attracts those who are motivated by an uncapped income
potential. Current benefits include: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and
vision insurance, and two weeks paid vacation. For more information,

Company Profile Texas Wasatch Group (TWG) is an Internet-based property and casualty
(auto, home, motorcycle, marine), commercial and life insurance agency
licensed in 18 states. We are one of the largest independent agencies in
North Texas, and one of the fastest growing agencies nationally.

The company is led by Mark Jones, a former Senior Partner and Director
of Bain and Company. Our business model is differentiated based on
utilizing agent talent which is superior to the competition, using
technology, high levels of agent productivity and exceptional quality
client service. The business model is proving to be very successful. From
an initial base of two agents in December 2003, the company has grown
to 40 people in the spring of 2007. We are targeting compound annual
growth rates well in excess of 100% for the next several years. Our goal
is to become one of the top five independent agencies in the United
States within the next ten years. We believe that our business model can
support this kind of growth and that the market opportunity clearly
                           exists.

Company Profile We Know What It Means to Serve
In 1922, when 25 Army officers met in San Antonio and decided to insure
each other's vehicles, they could not have imagined that their tiny
organization would one day serve 6.4 million members and become the
only fully integrated financial services company in America.

We believe they would be pleased to know that USAA has remained true
to their founding values of service, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.

                           Our Mission
The mission of the association is to facilitate the financial security of its
members, associates, and their families through provision of a full range
of highly competitive financial products and services; in so doing, USAA
seeks to be the provider of choice for the military community.

                           The Value of Membership
USAA is not a publicly traded company, so we don't answer to
stockholders ” we answer to our members. They rely on us to suggest
products and services that meet their financial needs. In fact, some of
our best advice costs absolutely nothing. Advisors in our Financial Advice
Center are here to answer questions, large and small, at no charge.

                           Financial Strength
When members join USAA, they join generations of military families who
have depended on us to provide superior products and services in an
                           atmosphere of financial strength.

USAA maintains superior ratings from all three of its rating agencies. In
fact, it is one of just two U.S. property and casualty companies with the
highest ratings from A.M. Best, Moody's Investors Service, and Standard
                           & Poor's.
