                Corporate Wellness Programmes
We are focusing more on “Employee Health” during this year. You will be pleased to know that we are bench marking our Health
Check Practices with NATSTEEL. We are confident that we will achieve the benchmarked target in the coming year. As a part of our
Corporate Wellness Programme (CWP) various steps were initiated in Wire Division.

    Some of them are:
         1) Installing Weighing Scale with height – Weight Chart at Borivli Reception and Tarapur Administrative Building to
make employees conscious about their weight.
         2) Issue of High Grade PET water bottles to Office Staff who were using Low Grade PET bottles, which are carcinogenic
            in nature, for drinking water.
         3) We have developed a walking track around Borivli Plant which can be used by employees for brisk walking exercise.

We are happy to inform you that we have tied up with Smt. Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital at Varsova, Andheri for
treatment of our employees. Our employees can get admitted in this hospital without paying deposit amount based on letter
    from the company.

Under CWP lectures by Specialist Doctors shall also be arranged every month on topics related to health. First one in this series
was arranged with help of K.D. Ambani Hospital on 27th February 2010. Senior Cardiologist Dr. Sunil Wani explained life style
