The Legendary American Rock Band CHICAGO and Country Star Sara Evans
join Reba at the Foothills Fall Festival
Tickets Go On Sale July 30

Maryville, Tenn. – The Foothills Fall Festival, October 7, 8 and 9 announces the remaining
lineup for the 2011 event.

Joining country music legend Reba McEntire and tourmates The Band Perry, and Steel
Magnolia will be one of the longest running rock bands in American history - Chicago and
country star Sara Evans.

Formed in 1967, the self-described “rock and roll band with horns” Chicago began as an
experimental rock band that gradually shifted toward a more adult contemporary genre that
produced 21 top ten hits and numerous others. Second only to The Beach Boys in terms of
Billboard singles and albums chart success among American bands, Chicago has sold more
than 38 million albums, including 22 gold, 18 platinum and eight multi-platinum albums.

Sara Evans’ career blossomed in the late 1990s, and since charting her first No. 1 single in
1998 with “No Place That Far,” she has produced eight additional Top 10 songs over the past 13
years — including last year’s “A Little Bit Stronger,” which also rose to No. 1. Her most recent
album, “Stronger,” currently sits at No. 16 on the Billboard Country Albums chart after peaking at
No. 1.

Organizers are happy to finally have the festival headliners confirmed and are thrilled to bring in
some of the top names in entertainment to Maryville for the festival’s twelfth year.

“In years past, the rock band showcase has typically been on Friday night. This year, Sunday fit
right into the Chicago schedule. Additionally, when the Friday date came open, Sara Evans’
calendar made it possible for her to join the all–star lineup,” said Jane Groff, Events Coordinator.
“We made the decision this year to use our budget to bring in some really great headline acts.
We have been overwhelmed with the response after announcing Reba, The Band Perry, and
Steel Magnolia. With these additions, we are sure that this festival will be one of the best and will
certainly provide some lasting memories for our Guests.”

Additional newcomers are slated to perform along with many talented local bands. The entire
lineup and ticket information is available on www.foothillsfallfestival.com.

Tickets for this year’s festival are slated to go on sale July 30 and will be available at the
Maryville Municipal Center, Blount County branches of First Tennessee and GreenBank, as well
as through Tickets Unlimited. Charge by phone (865) 656-4444 or order online at
