Rules & Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing & Monitoring of the BOQ, Tender Document,
Scheduling, Cash Flow & Contract Document. This including the following:
Development of scope, schedule, budget and estimate to complete data for
Administrate the contract document in Pre / Post Contract… EPC, Turnkey, Sub
Consultancy Agreement, Sub Contractor Agreement & Design and Built Contract.
Meet with the client (as appropriate) and assist the Program Manager and
Operations Manager in developing scope, schedule, cost estimate, to implement
solutions for the client.
Determine staffing requirements and assign cost and schedule control personnel
Lead in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of
schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.
Analyze unit rates to the extent that corrective action can be taken to minimize
project losses and the estimate to complete unit rates are defendable.
Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the project
control database and provides output to the project team.
Lead in managing and maximizing project margins.
Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, schedules and
Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change
management processes, procedures and systems.
Take the lead in the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly,
monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project
progress. These reports may include labor productivity, schedule status, financial

Attend Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting with Client and prepare minutes and
inform Area Manager accordingly.
Prepare & Evaluate the Monthly Statement (Payments), Claims, Adjustment,
