1- DAL GROUP – DAL PROPERTY – (Dec 2009 - Now:
POSITION: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pre / Post Contract).
POSITION: Senior Quantity Surveyor.

 Projects: Industrial Projects, Golf Course, Retail Building, Residential Projects.
 Project Value: Over 90 million USD

 Rules & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for preparing & Monitoring of the BOQ, Tender Document,
  Scheduling, Cash Flow & Contract Document. This including the following:
   Development of scope, schedule, budget and estimate to complete data for
  assigned tasks.
   Administrate the contract document in Pre / Post Contract… EPC, Turnkey, Sub
  Consultancy Agreement, Sub Contractor Agreement & Design and Built Contract.
   Meet with the client (as appropriate) and assist the Program Manager and
  Operations Manager in developing scope, schedule, cost estimate, to implement
  solutions for the client.
   Determine staffing requirements and assign cost and schedule control personnel
  to projects.
   Lead in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of
  schedules and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.
   Analyze unit rates to the extent that corrective action can be taken to minimize
  project losses and the estimate to complete unit rates are defendable.
   Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the project
  control database and provides output to the project team.
   Lead in managing and maximizing project margins.
        Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, schedules and
       client relations.
        Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change
       management processes, procedures and systems.
        Take the lead in the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly,
       monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project
       progress. These reports may include labor productivity, schedule status, financial
       analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves reports on either
       direct or indirect construction activities that are a part of the work..
        Supervise the preparation of standard earned value-based reports, including
       schedule updates, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves.
        Take the lead in the development of the Project Completion Reports including the
       evaluation of all subcontractors and major vendors.
        Develop and implement cost engineering and schedule standards.
        Incorporate field schedules in the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
        Implement trend and change management programs.
        Assist with strategic initiatives within the company.
        Provide mentoring and career development counseling for the project controls
       staff.
        On field assignments, managers the quantity tracking effort, retrieving project
       data from subcontractors.

    Project : DAM Heightening ( Al Roseires Dam Heightening Project )

Responsibilities:
        Assure correct interpretation and implementation of the technical and
       administrative requirements specified in the contract clauses and specifications and
       other documents which form part of tender.
        Prepare Tender Appraisal Report.
        Perform and check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to check
       accuracy of q quantities in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and compare it with materials
       on site.
        Attend Site Visit and Pre-Tender meeting with Client and prepare minutes and
       inform Area Manager accordingly.
        Prepare & Evaluate the Monthly Statement (Payments), Claims, Adjustment,
       Value Engineering Studies and Variation Order.
        All the Above assignment is as per FIDIC 99 – Red Book Constrains.
        Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

   3- Islamic architectural consultant group …UAE
    (April 2003 to August 2005).
POSITION: PROJECT MANGER – For AL AIN BRANCH.
   Projects: several multi-story building, commercial mall, car showroom, cement
  factory, luxuries villas, mosques, several private villas.
    Responsibilities:
        Preparation of construction work BOQ, scheduling, quality policy, general &
       special specification for tendering.
        Checking of Bills and submitted to the contractors & finalizing tendering work.
        Preparing contractors payment.
        Senior Architect leading the team, CAD operator, preparing the Presentation &
       Derails Architectural works.
        Final checking and supervision of construction drawings and its approval from
       client.

   -   Preparing the B.O.Q of the tendering.
   -   Preparing & evaluating of budget & project estimation.
   -   Controlling & monitoring the cost during the construction.
   -   Preparing & updating the coding system & the WORK BREAK DOWN
       STRUCTURE for the materials & plant using in construction.
   -   Evaluating of the variation order & preparing value engineer study for the major
       project component.
   -   Involving in Preparing contracting document in respect of cost evaluation .


   6- Orfajy for trade, real state & Contractor Company
       (Jan 2006TO NOV 2007).
   POSITION: Planning, Control & tendering DEPT. Manager.
    Projects: al kurmuk earth dam, 15 hospital emergency unit, stores for strategic
   reserve corporation in Niala – Al Fashir – Al Genaina, 200 resident clusters for north
   state- Dongle…& Many other projects.
Responsibilities
          Tendering pricing & preparation.
          Representing the company among the biding evaluation up to the contractors
           signing, this including dealing with the client representative & consultant.
          Dealing with the sub-contractors & supplier agreement.
          Planning & scheduling of main program in Primavera (p3).
          Preparing detailed programs of general activities in main schedule on the basis of
           approved method statement considering current working strategies and project
           specification.
          Estimation of quantities for every activity in detail to estimate the resources.
          Preparation of 3 Months ahead MRP (Material Requirement Plan) according to
           project execution plan.
