Provider Relations Recruiter
Willamette Dental, Hillsboro, Oregon 3/09 - present

*After getting laid off at Nike, my former Manager asked me back to recruit General and Emergency Dentists for 60
offices and to streamline the recruitment process. Other projects currently managing are: consultation in transition
strategy, revising Dentist job description, retention strategy, training management team of new processes and
policies and attending dental seminars & conferences.

    Responsible for staffing dentists and staff for 60 dental offices and the administrative office.
    Screened resumes, conducted phone and on-site interviews and negotiated contracts.
    Identified and utilized appropriate and/or creative advertising sources to attract candidates.
    Partnered with managers to determine recruitment needs and developed recruiting strategies.
    Made recruitment presentations at dental schools and dental association conferences.
    Completed and documented the credentialing process for all doctors - National Practitioner Data Bank queries,
     reference checks, criminal background and license verifications.
    Maintained employee files in HRIS and created annual and monthly reports.
    Processed new-hire paperwork and performed new-hire orientations.
    Processed H1B visa applications for foreign trained dentists and corresponded with immigration lawyers.

  Responsible for the recruitment, interviewing and placement of candidates utilizing all internal and external

 Consult with and build relationship with hiring managers as it relates to recruitment and staffing issues.
 Develop network of contacts in the community and industry and participate in ongoing projects to further
