A distinct snapping noise will be heard to let the installer know that the proper torque has been achieved. LINE MARK ! Connector can not be accidentally disconnected. – Design is such that to disconnect the mating interface the coupling nut must be slid forward and then rotated. If the nut were not slid forward it will spin, preventing unmating from occurring. ! ! The design lends itself to most coaxial interfaces. Have successfully passed the vibration test as specified in Mil-T-81490 – Electrical performance was monitored during test to insure performance was not effected by the vibration levels.
