                                               As an organization whose Mission is to provide employment opportunities for
                                               persons with disabilities and other barriers to employment, this recognition
                                               shows the dedication and commitment of our staff to create an environment
                                               that serves as a role model for other employers.
                                               Among the observations submitted by our Goodwill staff were: “I have never
                                               before worked for a place that was so humble and successful at the same time”;
                                               “I cannot emphasize enough how great it is to see disabled employees treated
                                               as equals to anyone else”; and “They gave me a chance to shine and reach deep
                                               within myself to grasp the potential and gifts I did not know I had”.
                                               I hope that you, as supporters of our organization and our Mission, take as
