                                                                                                 Recycled Materials required:
                                                                                                 • 2 x Tetra pack container (from juice,
                                                                                                   soy/rice milk or long life milk).
How to Make a Space Ball                                                                         • Newspaper


                                                       Activity suitable for ages 5 and older
Preparation for activity:
                                                                                                 Equipment required:

Collect materials. Cut tetra pack open by cutting the top and base off the container.            • Craft glue

Wash the inside of the container and dry with a towel. Starting at the top of the container      • Scissors

Take three sheets of newspaper and scrunch the paper into the shape of a ball. (For a
bigger ball use additional sheets of paper). Take the strips of the tetra pack container
you prepared earlier and start to wrap the strips (silver side up) around the ball, firmly.
