Pumpkin Painting, It is probably a good idea to fire it up. Now is the time
Cider and Donuts, and to make sure your heating equipment is working
properly before it is too cold outside.
other surprises! It’s also a good idea to tune it up. Just like a car that has
sat without running, your furnace needs the same TLC.
It will run better, more efficient and save you money.
Whether gas or oil your heating system should be
tuned up annually to make sure it is operating safely
and efficiently. An annual tune-up reduces the chances
of an expensive repair bill in the winter. Preventative
maintenance now is less expensive than emergency
service later, and the cost of a tune-up can be offset by
the improved energy efficiency during the winter.
Tuned-up heating equipment can operate up to 20%
                                              more efficiently.
Lastly, annual tune-ups can extend the life expectancy
of your equipment; imagine never changing the oil in
your car. If you have not had your equipment tuned-up
yet or have any questions please feel free to contact

you know how you can improve your home’s
efficiency and reduce your energy costs.
