                     THE FUTURE OF EUROPE AND THE MDGS

                     Resource persons will speak for no more than 20 minutes, leaving ample
                     time for interaction with youth delegates.

                     Each cluster discussion should include the dimension of Sport and
                     Culture accelerating the achievement of the MDGs. Consideration will
                     also be given, wherever possible, to the following issues of overarching
                     importance: substantive inputs –raising awareness, policies and actions;
                     communications and website development; partnerships for projects and
                     collective action; actions to be taken between Vienna and New York

              Each cluster will be moderated by a young leader, with resource persons drawn
              from United Nations agencies and other partners.
