Background
The origin of ice hockey is unknown, however, ice hockey probably evolved from the game of field hockey that has been played in North region of Europe for centuries.
Skill
As with all shots, it is important to follow through with your wrist shot. Follow through accuracy and power. Also, make sure you move your bottom hand down on the stick to increase your leverage.
Equipments
Because of the level of contact within Ice Hockey, all professional players wear protective equipment including a helmet, mouth guard, protective gloves, padded shorts, shin pads, chest protectors, a neck guard and padding for both shoulders and elbows.
Where to play

Instructions
The objective is that teams compete by trying to get the hockey puck into the opposing teams’ goal using their hockey sticks. Each team typically consists of six players at one time.
