Defendants in the suit are: 1.CBS Broadcasting, Inc., whose local affiliate, WBBM-Ch. 2, first aired video of Jacobson and her children attending an outdoor gathering on July 6, 2007, at the home of Plainfield resident Craig Stebic. Stebic's wife, Lisa, had vanished April 30, 2007, and police now consider him a "person of interest" in their ongoing investigation of that disappearance. 2.
