               WEATHER PRODUCTS, FORECASTING and NOTIFICATION SERVICE PRICING

Please quote your lowest net delivered monthly prices for the products and services described in each of the
three parts herein, guaranteed firm for the contract duration. Bidder must submit a monthly price for all three parts
of this ITB. The bid price for each part will be the complete and total monthly price for delivery of the item as
described in this invitation. No payment beyond the bid price will be approved.

Part I – Bidder Enhanced National Weather Products
Bidder shall enter a lump sum, monthly price to provide all displays, maps, hosting services, maintenance,
support and human intelligence involved with the delivery of the products as described in Part I of this invitation
for the period of July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2010. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder
who meets the criteria set forth herein. No payment beyond the bid price will be made.

    PART I LUMP SUM PRICE PER COUNTY, PER MONTH :                              $28.000


Part II - Enhanced Site Specific Forecasting and Notification Services.
Bidder shall enter a 1 Per Site, Per Monthly Service for a minimum of 100 ODOT RWIS sites as described in Part
II of this invitation for the period of October 1 through April 30 during the life of the contract. Award shall be made
to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder who meets the criteria set forth herein. No payment beyond the bid
price will be made.

         PART II LUMP SUM PRICE PER SITE, PER MONTH:                           $70.500
