     Western Women Writer’s Conference
     This conference will be held at Gateway Canyons in Gateway
     Colorado on August 5th and 6th. This conference is designed
     to enlist women who have grown up in a rural setting (farms
     or ranches) or are connected to a western heritage through
     family members, in sharing their unique experiences
     through written narratives ranging from vignettes, memoirs,
     essays, or short stories. The conference objective will be a
     written piece that will be shared and work–shopped in a
     small group setting in order to record particular times or
     events of a family or community’s history. The end–product
