       2010 Service Proposal
A $9 million service reduction is needed in
2010 assuming that fares remain at current
levels.
To achieve those savings, a major overhaul
of the existing transit network is required.
Route spacing and ridership were important
considerations in developing this plan.
In some cases, a route needs to be
discontinued where a stronger route with
higher ridership serves the same area.
