Clothing items must be part of the new uniform, in good condition and freshly laundered (blazers must be dry
cleaned). The Thrift Shop co-ordinator or her delegate will price the items for sale, 20% of this sale price will
be retained by the Thrift Shop and the balance of the amount will be paid to the parent shortly after receipt of
the uniform items. If the family is still enrolled at the College, or has an outstanding amount owing on their
fee account, the payment for the uniform items sold will be credited to the family fee account. Damaged,
unclean or non-dry cleaned and obsolete items cannot be accepted. Uniforms items for resale should be taken
to the Thrift Shop during opening hours or handed to the School Office outside these hours. All items
should be listed on this form.
