01 Plus! Programme
1. What is the Plus! Programme?
The Plus! Programme aims to increase value, benefits and rewards for Plus! cardholders. Expect more savings and exclusive privileges as they continually
to reach out to more merchants to participate in the new programme. Current members of the LinkPoints Programme will be converted over to enjoy what
the new programme has to offer.

NTUC’s Social Enterprises will be contributing largely to this new programme as well, providing value-added products and services to the loyalty members.
With the involvement of partners such as Best Denki, Cathay Cineplexes, EC House, John Little, NTUC Club, NTUC FairPrice, NTUC Healthcare and NTUC
Income, the Plus! Programme has covered all your lifestyle’s needs! Making your daily activities and shopping trips more rewarding than ever!

2. What are the benefits of the Plus! Programme?
Under the Plus! Programme, we are offering the Plus! Card, a non-payment membership card, to the public. Plus! members can look forward to faster
LinkPoints earning and enhanced benefits and privileges to be enjoyed at NTUC’s Social Enterprises as well as other merchants, totaling some 900
establishments! Stay tuned for new promotions exclusively for Plus! members!

3. How does the Plus! Programme work?

IN-STORE
Earning LinkPoints or Enjoying Privileges:
• Kindly present your U card, NTUC Plus! card, or Plus! card upon payment and earn LinkPoints or enjoy Plus! privileges at hundreds of our participating
  merchants’ outlets in Singapore.
• Kindly charge to your Uplus card, NTUC Plus! VISA card or Plus! VISA card and you can earn LinkPoints or enjoy Plus! privileges at hundreds of our
  participating merchants’ outlets in Singapore.


Redemption of Linkpoints:
Once you have activated your Plus! card online, you can start redeeming your LinkPoints:
• as cash to offset your purchases at our participating merchants
• redeem rewards at the Member’s Services Centre at NTUC Centre, One Marina Boulevard or at NTUC Club, 1 Pasir Ris Close, Downtown East.


ONLINE
Earning LinkPoints or Enjoying Privileges:

• Purchase treats at the Online Rewards via our website at www.plus.com.sg and earn LinkPoints on your purchase!


Redemption of LinkPoints:

• You can also redeem your LinkPoints for treats available at the Online Rewards website www.plus.com.sg.

Rebates are only enjoyed at FairPrice stores by NTUC members who hold the U card, NTUC Plus! card, Uplus card, or the NTUC Plus! VISA card.

You can also earn Bonus LinkPoints if you spend or cumulate a certain amount within a specified period of time. This will vary from time to time and from
merchant to merchant.


4. Who can enjoy the Plus! Programme?
All Plus! cardholders can enjoy the Plus! Programme upon presentation of their U card, NTUC Plus! card, Plus! card, max card*, nEbO card, or charging to
their Uplus, Plus! VISA Card NTUC Plus! VISA card.

If you are our current NTUC Member, Uplus, max, FairPrice Plus or nEbO cardholder, you can enjoy the privileges in the Plus! Programme as well.


*Important note for max Cardholders:
Please take note that the max card will no longer be valid for use with effect from 1 July 2011.
This is only applicable for max cardholder.
If you would like to convert to the Plus! Programme and continue to be our member, kindly opt in via any one of these channels from March 2011 onwards:

6. What is an NTUC Plus! card?
NTUC Plus! card is the same as the current NTUC membership card, U card. It is called NTUC Plus! so as to align with the enhanced Plus! Programme. Current
Uplus or U card holders can enjoy same benefits as the NTUC Plus! cardholders, such as the Union benefits and more privileges and savings with Plus!

7. What is a Plus! card?
Plus! card is the membership card of the Plus! Programme.

The Plus! card will be replacing the max card. Hence, the max card will no longer be valid for use with effect from 1 July 2011.


8. What’s the difference between a NTUC Plus! Card and a Plus! Card?
NTUC Plus! Card represents the cardholder as both a NTUC member and a Plus! member.

Plus! card represents the cardholder as a Plus! member and is not a NTUC member.
Both cards cannot be used for payment but both cards:
• identifies that you are a Plus! member

• allows you to enjoy the Plus! benefits at participating merchants

NTUC Plus! VISA Card represents the cardholder as both a Union member and a Plus! member.

• enables you to earn LinkPoints at participating merchants and at over 30 million VISA locations worldwide when you charge your purchases to the NTUC

9. What’s the difference between a NTUC Plus! card and a NTUC Plus! VISA Credit/ Debit Card?
NTUC Plus! card represents the cardholder as both a NTUC member and a Plus! member.
The NTUC Plus! card cannot be used for payment but it:
• identifies that you are a NTUC and Plus! member
• enables you to earn or redeem LinkPoints from your purchases at participating merchants,
• enables you to earn rebates at FairPrice, and
• allows you to enjoy the Plus! benefits at participating merchants

• identifies that you are a NTUC and Plus! member

10. What’s the difference between Plus! card and a Plus! VISA Card?

• enables you to earn LinkPoints at participating merchants and at over 30 million VISA locations worldwide when you charge your purchases to the NTUC
  Plus! VISA card,
• allows you to enjoy the Plus! benefits at the respective merchants or outlets

11. How do I sign up for the Plus! Programme?
Plus! Card
Applicant must be 16 years and above to apply for a Plus! card.
You can apply through the following ways:

Plus! VISA Credit/ Debit Card
Plus! VISA Credit applicant must be 21 years and above with an annual income of $30,000 ($60,000 for foreigners) to be eligible. Your total credit limit for
Plus! VISA Credit and OCBC Credit cards will be subjected to maximum of 2 times your monthly income.

Plus! VISA Debit applicants need to be at least 16 years old to be eligible. No minimum income required.

You can sign up online via www.plus.com.sg or pick up the Plus! VISA application form at FairPrice outlets, Downtown East, NTUC Income, or Unity outlets.

When you sign up during the period from Nov 2010 to April 2011, you will receive a booklet of voucher worth more than $100 savings!

12. Are there any fees or charges for a Plus! VISA Card?
The first 3 years is free! Subsequently there will be an annual fee of $18!

13. Will there be supplementary cards for the payment cards?
Yes, you may apply for the supplementary cards for the credit cards. For information on other key fees or charges please visit www.plus.com.sg or call the

14. When is the expiry date for the Plus! card?
Currently there is no expiry for the Plus! Card. Only the LinkPoints earned has an expiry.

For Plus! VISA cards expiry please refer to your card or call Plus! VISA hotline at 1800 820 20 20 (9am-10pm) for enquiries.

The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to the cardholder.


15. Are there any fees or charges for a Plus! card?
There is a subscription fee of $10 for a lifetime Plus! card membership.
The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to the cardholder.
The annual fee for participating in the Plus! Programme is 500 LinkPoints. This is deducted from the accumulated number of LinkPoints in your Plus!
account. NTUC Link reserves the right to review the participating fee.


16. How long does it take to receive Plus! Card?
It will take approximately 7 to 14 working days to process your request and send the Plus! card to you.

17. I have waited for more than 14 working days and still have not receive my card, what
    should I do?
Due to the overwhelming responses during the launch period, we are facing a surge in applicants and are currently processing all the applications. For the

02 Redemption
Q: Who is eligible to redeem LinkPoints Rewards?
A: All Plus! members which includes U card, NTUC Plus! card, Plus! card, max card*, nEbO card, Uplus, Plus! VISA Card NTUC Plus! VISA cardholders
    are eligible to redeem the featured items in the LinkPoints Online Rewards (except for Cardholders whose card account or membership status
    have been terminated).

    If an NTUC member holds the NTUC Plus! VISA card, LinkPoints earned will be combined in one account and used to redeem for rewards items.

    Please note that supplementary cardholders of the NTUC Plus! VISA card are not eligible to redeem for Online Rewards. However, LinkPoints earned
    with the supplementary card are combined together in the LinkPoints account under the principal cardholder’s name. The principal cardholder may use
    these points to redeem for rewards.

    Do note that NTUC Plus! VISA and NTUC Plus! members enjoy preferential rate and there are also items which are offered exclusively to this group of
    cardholders. Other members may not be eligible to redeem such items.


Q: How do I redeem for my Rewards?
A: Redemption can be done online through www.plus.com.sg/onlinerewards. These items can be redeemed through either one of the following methods:
    1. Redeem a $10 voucher using full LinkPoints, (e.g. 1350 LinkPoints)
    2. Redeem a $10 voucher using a combination of LinkPoints plus cash. Payment will be made via eNETS using a VISA or MasterCard Credit / Debit Card
    (e.g. 670 LinkPoints + $4.70)

    The same item may also be purchased from eShoppe. Payment can be made through eNETS using a VISA or MasterCard Credit / Debit card. (eg. $10).
    LinkPoints are issued for purchases done at eShoppe. More information can be found on www.plus.com.sg/onlinerewards.

    through the process.


Q: Can I combine the LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption?
A: Yes. You may combine LinkPoints earned in different years for the purpose of redemption as long as they are not expired.

Q: Can I do online redemption round the clock?
A: Yes, our online redemption service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: How long will I receive my Rewards Voucher?
A: It will take approximately 7 to 14 working days to process your request and send the Reward Voucher(s) to you.

Q: Can I change my mind after I have completed my redemption?
A: Sorry, all items redeemed are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, LinkPoints or another reward. Hence, you are encouraged to make your
    selection carefully.


Q: Can I use the LinkPoints Rewards Voucher together with other promotions / offers?
A: No, it is not applicable with other discounts and promotions, nor usable in conjunction with other discount cards or vouchers.

Q: I’ve lost my voucher. Can you give me a replacement?
A: We are sorry, but we can’t give you a replacement. The Rewards Vouchers are your personal responsibility and they have to be kept in a safe place until
    you redeem them.


Q: Are LinkPoints awarded for Partial Redemption?
A: No LinkPoints will be awarded for partial redemption. Issuance of LinkPoints is only for purchases done at eShoppe.

Q: I’ve just checked my rewards item and it’s faulty. How do I go about getting an exchange?
A: For items redeemed from our LinkPoints Rewards Counter, faulty ones can be replaced on the spot (subject to stock availability). For items from
    participating merchants, please contact their customer service directly.


Q: Besides these range of Online Rewards items, will there be new rewards for me to redeem?
A: Yes, we have a range of Instant Rewards which you can redeem instantly at Plus! Rewards Centre at NTUC Centre, One Marina Boulevard. Do also look
    out for our Monthly StarBuys, which are priced very attractively. You can find out more information from our website.



03 eShoppe
Q: Who is eligible to purchase vouchers from eShoppe?
A: All Plus! members which includes U card, NTUC Plus! card, Plus! card, max card*, nEbO card, Uplus, Plus! VISA Card NTUC Plus! VISA cardholders are
    eligible to purchase the featured items in eShoppe (except for Cardholders whose card account or membership status have been terminated).

    Please note that supplementary cardholders of the NTUC Plus! VISA card are not eligible to purchase from eShoppe.

Q: How do I earn LinkPoints from eShoppe?
A: When you purchase items from eShoppe, LinkPoints will be awarded to you. The points will be credited backend directly into your LinkPoints account
    based on the NRIC number you have logged in at LinkPoints Online Rewards.


Q: How soon will the LinkPoints be credited to my account?
A: Please allow us 5 working days for LinkPoints to be credited into your account.

Q: I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I still buy items from eShoppe?
A: Currently, payment for purchase on eShoppe is via eNETS using a VISA or MasterCard Credit / Debit card. If you are an NTUC member, you can get the
    preferred membership card NTUC Plus! VISA , that comes with either credit or debit payment function. It is free for life for all NTUC members. With
    NTUC Plus! VISA, you can then shop at eShoppe.

    If you are not an NTUC member, you can also join now to enjoy better benefits.


Q: I have to disclose my credit / debit card number for eShoppe transactions, is the payment gateway safe?
A: We are using eNETS which is a secured payment gateway.

Q: I have problem with eNETS transaction, what should I do?
A: If you encounter problem or if your eNETS transaction is unsuccessful, please note the error code and contact us at Tel: (65) 6223 5225 for assistance.



04 LinkPoints
Q: How can I check my LinkPoints balance?
A: You can check your LinkPoints balance via:
    • Any of LinkPoints Merchant outlets.
    • Our website at www.plus.com.sg, or
    • Call our Customer Service hotline at (65) 6213 8008 (NTUC members) or (65) 6223 5225 (Plus!, max & nEbO members)
    • SMS - Simply sms LINKPOINTS space (NRIC or FIN no) to 9747 6868.
    • Plus! iphone App


Q: When will the LinkPoints expire?
A: For Plus!, Plus! Visa max and nEbO members:
    The LinkPoints earned in a calendar year will expire on 30 June of the following year.

    For NTUC Card, NTUC Plus! and NTUC Plus! Visa members:
    The LinkPoints earned in a calendar year will expire on 31 December of the following year.

    NTUC Link may from time to time, amend the validity period of the LinkPoints. LinkPoints not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire.




05 General
Q: What should I do if my card is damaged, lost or stolen?
A: Loss of U Card, NTUC Plus! Card or Plus! Card
    You should report the loss to NTUC Link Pte Ltd. The Card may be replaced and there will be a replacement fee of S3.00 or 450 LinkPoints. You may
    make cash payment at our Member’s Services Centre located at NTUC Centre, No. 1 Marina Boulevard, Basement.
