Phase I: Conduct Compact Planning Sessions
1 18 meetings were conducted with faculty, staff, and students in September and October, 2008.
2 ~ 175 individuals participated.
3 Over 200 comments were received.
Phase II: Analysis of Session Feedback
1 Comments were grouped by topic.
2 Over 130 topic areas were identified.
3 Topic summary information was published on the Compact Planning Website.
Phase III: Consolidate Requests into Possible Project List
1 'Compact Planning Request for FY10 and Beyond' were published on the Compact Planning
Website.
Phase IV: Develop List of Approved Projects
1 6 Projects were identified as FY10 Projects. A FY10 Project means the project is anticipated to
begin in FY10 or has already started.
