Order Form ...................... 1 2 17 18 Do-it-Yourself Invitation Kits All invitations are sold in groups of 25 and include materials for your invitations, RSVP cards, RSVP envelopes, and outer envelopes. These items are pre-cut and require assembly. Yumminess will equip you with the necessary items needed for assembly, including glue and assembly instructions. Printing is not included but may be added for an additional fee. Selecting a Style When browsing through our style pages, keep in mind that we only carry what is displayed in our catalog. Therefore, it is best to have a rough idea of your color choices and style preference before searching for your invitations. There are several color options available in each style. Samples You may request one free sample before ordering. The sample you receive will include the featured invitation (in the color as sampled in the catalog) and color swatches. Please e-mail us at samples@ mmmpaper.com to request your free sample. Make sure to include the style number you are requesting along with your name and mailing address. Printing Options You may choose to have Yumminess provide all of the printing for an additional fee. This fee is different for each invitation set and is listed on the style page. If you select the printing option on your order form we will e-mail you a wording catalog along with templates to fill out. Ordering Once you have decided on a style it is time to place an order! Here are the steps you will need to take: 1. Print and fill out the order form on page 18. 2. Fax order form to 206-299-3479. 3. Wait for confirmation from a Yumminess representative. You will receive an e-mail within one business day after an order has been placed. 4. If you have selected the printing option, you will receive a wording catalog and template to fill out. Payment & Delivery Payment for all orders are due before production can begin.
