RESOLUTION 1113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NORTH BEND,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
GRANT FUNDS AND EXECUTION OF THE INTERLOCAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE KING COUNTY WASTE
REDUCTION AND RECYCLING GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the King County Solid Waste Division has offered the City of North Bend
Grant D36036D in the amount of $29,620; and
WHEREAS, said grant would fund a Cleanup Day/Special Recycling Collection Event,
promotion of yardwaste recycling and other waste reduction and recycling activities; and
WHEREAS, said grant is a reimbursement grant with no matching funds required,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH BEND,
WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. King County Solid Waste Division Grant D36036D in the amount of $29,620
is accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the grant contract, which will be
administered by the Shared Services Recycling/Grants Coordinator.
